INGREDIENTS
• ½ Cup Broccoli Florets Chopped
• 1 Cup Chickpeas Soaked Overnight & Boiled
• 5-7 Walnuts Roasted
• ¼ Mint & Coriander Leaves Chopped
• 2 Green Chillies Chopped
• 1 tsp Garlic Minced
• Salt & Pepper to Taste
• 1 tbsp Oil
• 1 tsp Cumin Powder
METHOD
• Coat the broccoli in oil and salt and roast in the oven for 15-20 min. You can also blanch or steam them.
• Once cooled, take the broccoli, walnuts, and chickpeas in a mixie jar and crush into a coarse paste, without adding water.
• Add the remaining ingredients and knead into a thick dough.
• If it's too crumbly, you can add either mashed potato or little besan/rice flour to bind.
• Shape them into small round tikkis and keep them in the fridge for at least 15-20 min.
• Now heat a nonstick pan with little oil.
• Cook the kababs on both sides until brown.
• Serve hot with any dip or chutney.
