Today we're making Pan-Fried Rice Paper Wraps. A lip-smacking snack that's full of healthy flavours!
Always wanted to make crystal dumplings? Here's a quick hack. Use regular rice paper!
But I have given it a #gourmetised twist. I have pan-fried them and guess what, it is a game changer.
Let's start cooking.

Serves 2 portions.
Ingredients
• Rice Paper Wraps- 1 packet
• Shredded Purple Cabbage, Grated Carrots, Julienned Bell Peppers- 1 cup
• Tofu- cut in strips, 50 gm
• Spring Onion Greens- 2 tbsp
• Salt & Pepper- as per taste
• Red Chilli Sauce- 1 tbsp
• Soy Sauce- 1 tbsp
• Sesame Seeds
• Sesame Oil- 1 tbsp
Method
• In a wok, saute the veggies with a little salt.
• Then add the tofu and both sauces.
• Now heat a flat-bottomed pan with water in it.
• Switch off from flame once it's hot.
• Dip a rice paper in it for 10-15 sec until softened.
• Take it out and lay it flat.
• Spoon the mixture in the centre, sprinkle sesame seeds, and wrap the sides.
• After it's dry, heat a pan and spread the oil in it.
• Place the wraps on the pan and cook both sides until brown.
• Serve hot with any dipping sauce on the side.
• Dig in.
